  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges:
